Chief science officers are students in grades 6-12 who are chosen to serve as stem leaders and ambassadors in their schools and communities. Through their involvement in the program, csos can enhance their employability skills; join a global network of stem leaders; prepare for college, careers, and civic engagement; and implement stem action plans to raise awareness for the stem causes they champion.
Arizona scitech festival is a statewide celebration of stem is held annually january-april. With over 1,000 expos, workshops, conversations, exhibitions, and tours, the az scitech festival educates and involves arizonans of all ages about stem as a driving force for our state's future.
