Mission
Central Arkansas Harm Reduction is a nonprofit grass-roots organization dedicated to advancing the health, safety, and dignity of Arkansans by providing life-saving resources, education, and support. We work to reduce preventable harms and expand access to essential care through a holistic approach that includes substance use harm reduction, reproductive and sexual health resources, and other critical public health initiatives. By meeting people where they are and addressing stigmas and barriers to care, we strive to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and build a healthier, safer Arkansas for all.
