Mission
To cultivate and develop professional, social and friendly relationships among its members, and to contribute towards the improvement of the health services rendered to the armenian community.
Programs

The AAMS Scholarship Program supports aspiring health care professionals in both the United States and Armenia. Since 2009, AAMS has awarded 113 scholarships to Armenian-American students pursuing careers in medicine, nursing, dentistry, mental health, pharmacy, and allied health fields including 13 recipients in 2024 alone. In Armenia, since 2021, AAMS has provided full-tuition scholarships to students with academic promise and financial need, including wounded soldiers from the 44-day war.
AAMS actively collaborates with and supports sister organizations that share its mission, including the Armenian Bone Marrow Donor Registry, Armenian International Medical Fund, Armenian Educational Foundation, and others.
