The organization has been created and will be operated exclusively for the charitable purposes of giving aid and assistance, directly and indirectly, to all persons who are destitute, neglected or otherwise in need of help, support and assistance, more particularly, elderly folk of armenian nationality, who are in need, without regard to their political and religious affiliations and beliefs.
