Own, operate, lease, rent, acquire, hold, manage, sell, build or trade real estate and personal property in any way deemed beneficial for operating exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Conduct fundraising campaigns and receive contributions to be invested, and the income thereof may be transferred to arrowhead west, inc., a kansas corporation, to be used to further its nonprofit activities under section 501(c) (3) of the internal revenue code; or for other charitable purposes or entities as designated from time to time by the board of directors of arrowhead west, inc., so long as such purposes or entities qualify as tax exempt organizations within the meaning of section 501(c) (3) of the internal revenue code.
