Mission

Arrowhead West, Inc. was formed for the purpose of providing support services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities or delays. These support services focus on the needs of the individuals and their families and support their opportunities for growth and development as determined by personal preference and informed choice. Supports should lead the person served to a fuller participation in community life. The program includes an early education center, vocational training, housing regulated as to rent charges and operating methods by HUD Section 8 funding (HUD Project No. KS16-T814-025) and other sources, and adult life skills and retirement training. The organization considers providing services to developmentally disabled individuals to be its only program.
