Art e fekts gallery was created as a response to the continually evolving art scene in pittston city, pennsylvania. It's mission is to provide an upscale environment for regional artists to display and sell their creations, provide opportunities for hands-on learning experiences, create a venue for featured artists shows and to serve as the cosmic center of all creation.
