Senior Care Program. We support seniors by providing resources that help Seniors offset household expenses and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We provide monthly health and wellness checks, distribute weekly care packages, provided referral and follow-up services, food home delivery services, senior get out and walk exercise program, and annual Senior Empowerment Breakfast. In 2023, we provided 600 wellness checks and 400 care packages, delivered 100 meals, provided 45 referrals, and performed 100 follow-ups for services.

Standup for Veteran Suicide Prevention program. We provide veterans services that address and advocate their evolving needs in a dignified and holistic manner. We distribute care packages monthly. We provide resources for housing, employment, and Veteran Assistance; we hold seminars on Mental Health, Financial Literacy, and Legal Assistance; We conduct monthly wellness checks of Veterans through "Operation Boots on the Ground." we host monthly Austin Military Families Initiative (AMFI) meeting; Provide monthly Standup for Veterans Community Outreach Day that provides a SAFE PLACE for Veterans to fellowship, eat a nutritional meal and enjoy family-friendly activities. We served over 900 meals to veterans, distributed 400 care packages, provided 1600 wellness checks. We started rehab property to house veterans and provide additional veteran services to include wellness clinic

Building Me Anti-Violence Youth Program. The program address community issues of teen violence, trauma, connectedness, delinquency, and education. It provides activities and workshops that encourage youth to stay in school, increase reading and math and utilize nonviolence techniques in their everyday lives. We offer Martial Arts classes to center youth minds in learning to control their emotions. We push students to graduate, go to college or work, and develop career paths. After the six-week program interval, students coordinator with trainers and design A Say NO to Drugs and Violence Peace Rally, where students, parents, and the community engages in a march and other activities aimed at helping to resolve issues that cause violent results. The parade consists of floats, back-to-school supplies distribution, vendors, additional resources, and food. We trained 30 youth, distributed 300 book bags, and fed more than 400 families.

Our health and wellness programs are not just about individual health, they are about community health. We provide education and nutrition workshops, food sampling, and physical exercise programs that encourage healthier lifestyle choices.
