Our services to the refugees artisans include teaching them to make quality hand-made items such as clothing blankets bags purses and accessories that we help them sell. The artisans are then paid commissions 60% of sale price for year 2023 on their sales. We maintain a minimally paid Executive Director as well as one refugee that is minimally paid to help out with quality control and other tasks. Our only other paid help goes to a volunteer who maintains and fixes sewing machine.etc and also provides management to the newly developed alterations program involving the artisans.
