Program Partnership with RISE Arts Center: In partnership with RISE Arts Center of Baltimore, TAP provided music direction and arts integration for the Summer Performing Arts Program at Eubie Blake Jazz & Cultural Arts Center. Over five weeks, 18 youth ages 6-17, including youth of color and youth with ASD and other intellectual disabilities, engaged in music, drama, dance, visual arts, and set/costume design. School Partnerships (Choir Club & Afterschool Programs) Art Club at Lakeland Elementary - Weekly club for approx. 25 K-2 students (predominately Hispanic) held 20 sessions annually. Focuses on visual art, creative expression, and confidence building. Choir Club at Southwest Public Charter School - Choir for approx. 10 students in grades 5-8, meeting 20 times annually with 1 performance. Emphasis on vocal technique, teamwork, and cultural enrichment. Choir Club at Katherine Johnson Elementary/Middle - Engaged approx. 18 students in 17 sessions with rehearsals and performances.
