Asante foundation's second largest program service accomplishment during fiscal year 2024 was raising funds to help support various capital projects and departments at asante three rivers medical center, asante's 125 licensed bed hospital located in grants pass, oregon.with capital projects supporting asante's goals around increasing and improving access to care, during fy24, asante foundation garnered donations of $110,655 to help fund the purchase of a second linear accelerator at spears cancer center, $158,000 to support the expansion of the grants pass family house, where patients traveling long distances for care can stay for low or no cost while receiving treatment, and $53,000 toward robotics surgery systems for asante three rivers.in addition to the funds received to supported these vital capital projects, asante foundation raised community donations totalling nearly $43,000 to support general needs at asante three rivers. Other departments benefiting from foundation donations during fy24 included emergency services, spears cancer center, and imaging.
Asante foundation's third largest program service accomplishment for the fiscal year ending sept. 30, 2024, was raising donations to help support capital projects and departments at asante ashland community hospital, asante's 49 licensed bed hospital in ashland, oregon. During fiscal year 2024, the foundation raised over $155,000 for renovation projects to promote age-friendly care at the hospital, following the hospital's 2023 attainment of its age-friendly health system designation. Asante foundation also contributed $126,000 to support the family birth center and other general needs at asante ashland in support of asante ashland's continuing effort to provide accessible care that meets the unique needs of its growing community.
