The organization was formed to carry on and promote activities related to the acquisition, development, ownership, rental, and maintenance of dormitory apartment housing (dormitory) for students and their families enrolled at the campus of life (school) located in san diego, california. Though support of the school through the dormitory housing is the primary function of the organization, the organization intends to offer dormitory housing to any students of any post-secondary educational institution.
