This fund was established on 4/24/1974. Keybank, as trustee, makes distributions to the ashtabula arts center. The funds distributedare used to support the educational and cultural activities of thearts center. Keybank maintains a responsiveness to the needs andactivities of the arts center in the attainment of its mission .the board of supervisors, representing the arts center, maintainslegal powers to remove keybank as trustee, to amend the trustdocument, to appoint co-trustees or committee members and theauthority to withdraw trust principal.
