Ashure has contracted with the Catawba County Department of Social Services to administer the Crisis Intervention Program, and the Low Income Energy Assistance Program, for all Catawba County residents. All applications for assistance are processed by Ashure Ministry case workers. The applications are then forwarded to the County for payment. Through these programs, Ashure Ministry assisted an additional 6,886 (not unduplicated) individuals with financial assistance in the amount of $785,167
