Leadership program exists to equip leaders with leadership skills in life, at work and in the community. Our leadership development program ran a 8 month long mentorship cohort with 14 emerging leaders, we organized 6 different seminars and 1 retreat with 30 attendees. Another coaching service had ran 12 group coaching sessions with leaders on subjects such as financial coaching, marriage coaching, leadership coaching. It also created weekly based social media leadership contents to the community online.
Mercy Network exists to serve vulnerable families in Mongolia who need immediate physical (food), emotional, relational, and spiritual support. We believe in equipping and working with local churches and volunteers in the community to create a sustainable cycle of care for those in need. We served over 200,000+ meals to those in need and visited over 130+ homes touching 1000+ individuals from the community with low income. We have organized quarterly events with youth in the community with Mercy Day joint camps and also several youth coaching sessions on communication and family conflicts.
