Asian-American Social Welfare Foundation Corporation

a. The activities of the organization include the following: 1. Providing medical care, mental rehabilitation, child welfare, family therapy, school guidance, and geriatric care with particular emphasis on the Taiwanese American community in Southern California (60%)2. Aiding the Southern California Taiwanese American community, consist of individual counseling, group work, family therapy, community organization and development, administration and management, social policy and legislative action. (40%)b. Upon formation, each activity will be initiated subject to the availability of funds and pro bonoassistance of volunteers.c. The activity will be conducted by directors and officers of corporation or volunteers at the headquarter.
