Asian Mental Health Collective

AMHC builds wide-reaching virtual community spaces to foster conversation, connection, and peer support around mental health. Led by Asian mental health professionals, Community Support Groups offer peer connection and guidance for the general public. Over 319 people attended support groups totalling 51 hours of peer support. AMHCs online discussion forum, Subtle Asian Mental Health, has over 61,000 members and provides a unique platform for discussing Asian mental health, validating cultural experiences, and sharing resources.

Subtle Asian Mental Helth is a global community where Asians can bravely share their experiences about their mental health and support one another through both our struggles and our victories.
