The organizations mission is to promote and strengthen a culture of active and progressive social change by supporting emerging and transformational leaders to confront successfully the most pressing social issues. We train connect and finance social and business entrepreneurs and leaders.

The We for All project strengthened the leadership and political participation of 109 Venezuelan women through the To Lead Together training program. The project carried out mobilizations communication campaigns and public forums promoting rights and political equality reaching over 30,000 people nationwide. It fostered alliances with civic organizations creating a sustainable network of women leaders committed to democracy and gender equality in Venezuela.

The project Training and Implementation of Participatory Budgeting in Local Governments of Venezuela focused on training local government officials and promoting citizen participation in municipal budgeting. Conducted in 10 municipalities across 6 states it benefited 200-250 officials and community leaders by providing them with tools for transparent inclusive and participatory governance. The initiative strengthened local democracy and advanced the institutionalization of participatory budgeting practices in Venezuela.
