COORDINATION PROGRAM- This program aims to strengthen the administrative and management capacity of Bible institutes. It supports them in developing a strategic plan, establishing financial policies, and reviewing their curriculum offerings based on their mission statements as needed. The program also promotes healthy and well-informed boards of directors and instructors to guide the institutes toward certification.

PCPO (Proyecto de Cambio, Primera Ola). This project ended in 2024 and it aimed to strengthen our internal infrastructure, systems, and methods.

CAPACITY BUILDING: This project is to build the administrative and managerial capacity of Bible institutes, so that they have a strategic plan, financial policies, can evaluate and revise their curricular offerings based on their mission statement, as needed, and have healthy and knowledgeable boards and instructors who can lead, in order to put them on the path to certification. Capacity Building Communications This program exists to improve AETH's internal and external communications in order to increase its impact among partners, broaden its exposure to increase membership, and foster collaboration among Association members and Lilly Endowment-supported organizations. This broader impact upon its current membership and expanding into new networks will enhance AETH's capacity in fundraising.

COMPELLING PREACHING: The Compelling Preaching Initiative seeks to nurture and train preachers from the Hispanic and Latino churches for the purpose of enhancing congregational vitality and strengthening pastoral leadership toward holistic ministry. The program also seeks to deepen the understanding of what Transformative Preaching means in the Hispanic and Latino context, identifying the type of ongoing support that preachers need to excel. Their methodology is based on intensive experiences, weekend events, and small group learning sessions, both virtual and face-to-face, led by experts in the field. In these spaces, Hispanic and Latino preachers practice creating and delivering sermons that promote thriving faith communities capable of expressing their faith in everyday life and civic engagement. The initiative focuses on the development and support of first- and second-generation Hispanic and Latino leaders who play an active role in preaching, recognizing their diversity and the unique challenges they face. In addition, it extends an invitation to the leaders who supervise and guide these preachers to participate in the educational events, thus strengthening a network of support and mutual growth in ministry.

Young leaders - Young Líderes is a network of young Latiné leaders exploring the intersection of faith, identity, justice, and calling. We are organically organized and within our membership represent an expression of more non-traditional forms of theological education such as webinars, podcasts, and conversatorios. The program is focused on building intergenerational bridges between young leaders and scholars and the more seasoned senior leaders and scholars that would foster a forum for ministry leaders and church scholars to do theology, collaborate, and innovate.

WABASH: supports our Maestro program that seeks to equip Bible Institute faculty with the latest pedagogy and curricular techniques in a "train the trainer" setting.

BOOK PUBLICATION: Provides strategic guidance, industry insights, and expert recommendations to support the organization's mission and goals regarding its publications.

BIENNAL: a space of gathering and formation that happens every two years. During 2024, we held our #17 Biennial in Orlando, FL under the theme: Generación a Generación.

J&C: a digital resource space where members will find a wealth of resources to support them in their ministry, their scholarship, and their personal faith journey.
