Uganda Program Operating Deficit Subsidy In 2024, AsOne Ministries Uganda was 79 operational self-sustaining. AsOne US provided operational funding grants to subsidize our Ugandan operating costs, including salaries, utilities, inventory, supplies and other day-to-day program operating expenses. This helped the organization serve over 56,000 individuals in 2024 through creating jobs, offering primary and secondary education, providing life changing medical care services, training farmers through extension services, and equipping youth through skills training.
Community Projects, Training, Professional Development, Capacity Building AsOne Ministries U.S. provides program support through monitoring and evaluation, program design, and program consultation. The organization also provided grants to support continuing education for staff and beneficiaries, training and capacity building programs, as well as development projects within the communities AsOne operates.
