To empower the puerto rican and the latino community through advocacy, education, and leadership. Development of its youth. It endeavors to develop the intellectual andcreative capacity of puerto rican, latino, and other youth bymotivating them to begin or continue their education so that they mayoffer their training, skill and dedication to the betterment of the community.

ASPIRA implemented a multi-state mentoring program to serve over 1,500 low-income, at-risk youth in high-poverty areas across five states and Puerto Rico, aiming to improve school attendance and graduation rates, and reduce substance abuse, delinquency, and other risk behaviors through evidence-based mentoring and family engagement.
