In FY 2024, HAAPE paid Aspiritech for two separate cohorts that trained autistic adults in quality assurance. There were 16 graduates, of which 13 have accepted career positions. In addition, HAAPE paid to establish and maintain the Aspiritech Academy database as part of the "HAAPE Hub." This revolutionary digital platform is a joint effort with Aspiritech and will formulate and maintain a specific database designed to connect operating partners, employers, and jobseekers across the autism employment ecosystem. Additional payments to Aspiritech will cover two more training cohorts to take place in FY 2025, covering certain aspects of cybersecurity. We expect that at least 90% of those who successfully complete the courses will obtain appropriate and sustainable career opportunities. Finally, HAAPE provided seed funding ($25,000) for development of the 10-week Cybersecurity Academy for Autistic people. This development is completed, and a pilot cohort is underway.
