Employment services assists individuals with disabilities in obtaining and retaining employment with area businesses. There are two ways this can be accomplished: supported employment and job placement, both are in partnership with the wisconsin department of workforce development - division of vocational rehabilitation (dvr). Project search is a program that assists with employment training for students with disabilities in their last year of school. Students are immersed in a business environment where they learn a variety of job skills and employability skills through classroom training. Group supported employment also assists individuals with disabilities in obtaining and retaining employment. Workers with disabilities are accompanied by an aspiro staff member to a job site, and the staff member will provide job coaching, prompting, and cues if needed.
