Internship program - to enhance on exchange visitor's skills in his/her occupation through participation in a structural internship training program in an american host company for up to twelve months and to improve the participant's knowledge of american techniques, methodologies, and/or expertise within the individual's field of endeavor. To enable fulltime university students or recent graduates to better understand american culture and society.
Trainee program - exchange visitors with related work experience participate in a training program with an american host company for up to 18 months to improve their knowledge of american techniques, methodologies and expertise in thier chosen occupational field. Trainees gain knowledge of american culture while sharing information about their home culture.
