Operation school bell - enhances language arts and literacy skills of early elementary students through build a child's library events (book fair) and one on one tutoring. Provides new clothing, shoes and grooming products to elementary aged children. Provides nutritious, shelf stable food to children with extreme need for weekend consumption.
