To promote the welfare of all of the students of hillsborough and to facilitate communications and encourage cooperation among parents, teachers, administrators and the board of education.

The organization held events to recognize and show its appreciation of the staff of the schools for service to the students of the city of hillsborough. The organization also provided supplies to the staff for use in the school.
The organization prints directories for the four schools in its organization as well as yearbooks.
Crocker middle school held their traditional 8th grade ski trip and another field trip during the fiscal rear ended june 30, 2024.
