Associated Universities Inc Retiree Health Benefits Trust

The purpose of the trust is to provide a source of funds to satisfy the obligation of the employer (associated universities, inc.) for the payment of retiree health benefits pursuant to the terms of the plan for eligible retirees and their covered dependents associated with the aui corporate office.
