Myadlm.org receives nearly 1.1 million visitors annually, and in fiscal year 2025, adlm's press program put out 34 press releases to raise public awareness about the essential role that laboratory medicine professionals play in ensuring that patients receive high quality healthcare. These releases led to 95 news articles and tv/radio segments about adlm.

Adlm's science & practice programs, government affairs, and the global lab quality initiative (glqi), which partners with national societies to improve the quality of laboratory testing worldwide.

Membership - grows and sustains a vibrant and engaged membership of over 6,000 clinical laboratory professionals, physicians, research scientists, and others involved in developing tests and directing laboratory operations, and supports professional growth and careerdevelopment for its members.

Publications - adlm has two primary publications:clinical chemistry is a monthly journal that disseminates scientific information and education through peer reviewed articles and is distributed throughout the united states as well as internationally. The journal of applied laboratory medicine is an international, peer-reviewed journal that showcases applied research on clinically relevant laboratory topics as well as commentary on the practice of clinical chemistry and laboratory medicine. It is published bimonthly online.
