Advocacy: ASIRT continues to advocate for expanding the criteria of data collected by the State Department's Bureau of Consular Affairs on US citizens who are injured or killed in road crashes while traveling or stationed abroad. ASIRT participates in meetings of the UN, Road Safety Collaboration (UNRSC) in Geneva and the Ministerial Conference in Brasilia. ASIRT collaborates with Three-Star Coalition on road safety efforts and encourages the World Bank to fund roads that meet Three-Star safety criteria.
