Middle Level Student Leadership Summit: HASCD partnered with the Hawaii Department of Education to organize a student leadership summit focused around middle level education. The summit shared bets practices on leading and learning experiences for students. 600 students and educators attended the event on March 1 2024.

Recaliberate Our Culture: HASCD hosted a professional development conference with renowned educators Jimmy Casas and Joy Kelly to examine the challenges that teachers leaders and schools face and worked with the participants as they explored what makes the difference in the overall culture of a school. Participants were provided with tools to cultivate a healthier culture for all members of their school or office community. 267 teachers and school administrators attended this conference on January 8 2024.

During the 2023 2024 school year HASCD partnered with the Hawaii Department of Education and school complexes to provide professional development opportunities for Hawaii teachers and school administrators as well as student leaders and admiinistrative assistants and clerical staff in education to learn from nationally renowned educators whose work help transform teaching learning and educational leadership. In all nearly 4,500 educational professionals as well as student leaders took part in 19 conferences workshops leadership summits and educator evenings and preparing learners for the future events that combined professional learning with networking opportunities to improve teaching and learning for the success of all learners in Hawaiis K 12 schools. Additionally HASCD provided books curriculum resources and other learning materials for program participants to continue their learning.
