To provide vocational development services, fuctional skills training, and employment for persons with developmental disabilities in order that they will have the opportunity to enhance their quality of life along with their families of woodford county and the surrounding area.

Production workshop and recycling- to provide training and jobs for the developmentally disabled; assure the human rights of these persons; provide support to families of disabled persons; and develop awareness within the community of the problems, needs and abilities of persons with disabilities.
Developmental training- to provide disabled individuals the chance to receive training and experience to develop their work abilities.
