Programs
3 programs
Resourcing feminist movements (rfm) - this initiative strengthens the capacity of movements and organizations working on gender equality by advocating for more, better, effective and equitable funding practices. Rfm engages with philanthropic institutions, development agencies, and other partners to promote funding practices and models that are responsive to community priorities and long-term change. Through research, data, and capacity-building, the initiative equips organizations with knowledge and tools to mobilize resources effectively, and to advocate for financial support to reach communities and movements.
Advancing universal rights and justice (aurj) - this initiative promotes universality of human rights and gender equality by addressing the growing influence of restrictive forces that undermine equality and inclusion. Aurj conducts research and advocacy to document and analyze emerging global trends that threaten rights-based frameworks and civic participation. The initiative facilitates collaboration among civil society organizations, human rights defenders, and policy advocates to develop coordinated strategies for protecting and advancing women's rights, lgbtqi+ rights, and broader human rights standards. Its work contributes to stronger international norms, greater accountability, and more inclusive policymaking processes.
