Mission
To establish and maintain an association through which officials charged with a responsibility of enforcing laws regulating pesticides may unite for various purposes relating to pesticide control.

The annual spring meeting includes extensive discussions by epa officials of pesticide registration matters, enforcement, applicator training and certification, pesticide classification, priorities in the state programs, pesticide tolerances, and related issues.
The collaborative sample program supports laboratories that analyze commercial pesticide products and pesticide formulations. The aim of the program is to maintain the quality of analytical work and to increase the analytical capability of the participant laboratories.
