To promote communications between the information services functions of Cities Counties and other municipal agencies. To represent Cities Counties and other municipal agencies information systems interests to State officials and to call attention to legislation affecting data processing operations. To provide education for City county and other municipal agency officers on roles responsibilities and requirements of information systems departments.
