Mission
The purpose of the association shall be: to help improve the level of continuing education of personnel concerned with the management and maintenance of equipment; to serve the heavy equipment user industries by establishing good working relationships with any and all groups affecting the design and improvement of design of heavy equipment; to facilitate the exchange of technical information in heavy equipment management and maintenance; and to aid in the improvement of equipment, its management and its maintenance management.

Education - programs are hosted virtually and in person. Education includes the ignite learning lab, triangle talks, and the equipment management specialist (ems) certificate. Aemp hosted learning labs throughout the usa. Aemp education helps train equipment managers for the future and prepare them for industry certifications and advanced training. Aemp univeristy is our online learning management system with videos, articles and other educational content.
