The association fosters the development and growth of fundraising professionals and promotes high ethical standards in the fundraising profession along with being committed to preserving and enhancing philanthropy.

Education webinars: _ three webinars were held during the year: april (7 participants); july (15 participants); and october (14 participants). _ webinars feature local speakers and topics relevant to everyday work in the fields of fundraising and philanthropy. _ not included in program service revenue were grants, contributions and sponsorship income of 1,000.
Advanced executive forums: _ one forum was held in-person on august 22, 2024, which was entitled "how to thrive in turbulent times: tools to support your nonprofit and team". This forum had 28 participants. _ advanced executive forums are geared toward professionals who have been in the industry seven years or longer. The panelists are highly ranked professionals representing foundations and other nonprofit organizations in the los angeles area. _ there were no grants, contributions, or sponsorship income this year.
Job postings and other communications revenue = 19,340 expenses = 0 _ roundtables - one in-person meeting held on july 16, 2024 with 20 attendees. Revenue = 358 expenses = 175 _ i.d.e.a. (inclusion. Diversity. Equity. Access.) committee activity - one virtual meeting held on september 17, 2024 with 34 participants. Revenue = 457 (not including 400 of sponsorship income) expenses = 350 _ other activity: membership orientation - one free virtual meeting on march 27, 2024 (attendance not tracked by the organization). Networking events - six free in-person events throughout the year. (attendance: mar (13), apr (36), may (42), jun (5), aug (11), sep (45). Ethics committee - one virtual meeting held on november 19, 2024 with 34 attendees.
