Build demand for and raise awareness of wild alaska pollock.

Partnerships & individual market projects. The association partners with food brands to encourage them to include alaska pollock in their formulations and place the name of the fish on front of package and included in marketing campaigns.
Research & market analysis. The association conducts global consumer and market research including surveys and focus groups to determine the awareness and demand for alaska pollock and to test marketing messages.
The alaska pollock fishery alliance is comprised of a coalition of industry leaders committed to promoting the responsible, science-based management and harvesting of alaska pollock. This committee conducted consumer surveys, developed a website and social media platforms, participated in public events, and responded to media requests.
