Mission
Advocate the value of foresight and futures thinking to ignite positive global change, and enhance the skills, global standing, and impact of our members as professional futurists.
Programs
3 programs
Magazine: We produced five issues of COMPASS magazine that highlights our members' work.
Emerging Fellows: This program has become a full fledged part of the APF after several years of rebuilding. It is a two-year fellowing ship in which promising early-career professionals receive specialized training and mentorship. Six early-career foresight practitioners from around the world were chosen in 2024 and six others are still active.
Awards: We restructured our awards so that instead of a variety of awards given throughout the year, they are all grouped together now and will resume in 2025. This will also help us to gain sponsors to offset costs of the awards.
