Mission
The massachusetts association of school business officials (masbo) enhances the competence and knowledge of financial and operational professionals employed by institutions of public education in massachusetts. Masbo provides exceptional leadership, professional development, and opportunity for collaboration. We maximize members' contributions, supporting the success of students and public education in the commonwealth through education, partnerships with complementary businesses, and community.
Programs

Annual institute - three-day conference featuring recognized authorities with lectures and discussions on timely topics to aid professional development. The annual institute normally includes the annual meeting of the membership.
Mentorship - our mentor and induction program includes license-seeking apprentices, initially-licensed mentees, and professionally-licensed school business administrators serving as advisers/mentors. Applications for both roles are continuously accepted.
