Water: Education, Outreach, Communication, and Collaboration. Disseminate information to encourage cooperation for development, conservation, protection, and improvement of the total water resources in Ventura County. Create forums for communication; collaboration; education; and study of water issues. Assist in emergency response and disaster preparedness.

YEAR END CORPORATE NIGHT - Annual program provides a forum for networking and water briefing to members, community leaders, and guests to reflect on recent achievements and review upcoming program of work.
ANNUAL WATER SYMPOSIUM - Day long conference open to members, general public, media, students, policymakers. Brings expert industry speakers to provide current briefing and critical information on water supply, quality, cost and sustainability planning. Interactive communication program.
Part iii, line 4d. Waterwise educational series; ccwuc water operator continuing education; water bus tour, various educational meetings.
