The following programs will be used to enable our organization to achieve its planned purpose.1.LIFE COACHING & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMThis program is designed to educate, support and encourage individuals on how to reach their goals.Organization will hold one-on-one sessions with individuals teaching and educationg the individuals on how best to reach their goals.Most participants will meet with volunteers of the organziation 2 times per month for a 6 months' time period. Organization expects to work with approximately 5 individuals per week initially. Each session will last approximately 1.5 hours. We will reach out to suburban and urban high schools in the Atlanta area to a wide range of students, with the goal of raising future leaders, successful business owners, and professionals of the society.
