Restoring, enhancing, and preserving atlanta memorial park and making it a beautiful connected & sustainable urban green space for the enjoyment of all.

The betty young park transformed an unused fema lot into a city park with playground amenities for neighbors and all who use the nw beltline connector trail to enjoy.
Funds were allocated to restore the sycamore trunk that had been damaged by insects, ensuring the beloved wildlife carvings found throughout the trunk can remain in place and enjoyed by visitors for years to come.
The organization worked with memorial park civic association to supply the park with dog waste bags. Partnered with trees atlanta and chattahoochee riverkeeper to hold educational events and volunteer work days in the park including the removal of invasive species & trash from peachtree creek.
