Rowing club membership fees so that members can practice and display rowing activities. Approximately 270 members at year end.

Annual regatta activities held to promote the sport of rowing on a local and national level. Regatta hosted over 7,000 athletes from across the nation over two days with approximately 40 members participating in the event. All atlanta rowing club members are required to volunteer for the regatta. In april 2021, the annual regatta, known as the head of the hooch regatta, formally separated into its own charitable nonprofit, the friends of the hooch inc. The atlanta rowing club remains as a co-hosting organization with agreements for regatta planning, management, and volunteering as well as a license agreement for the use of trademarks and logos.
