Attleboro Corporate Center Association Inc

The attleboro corporate center association, inc (acca) was organized to be operated as a cooperative to manage the public utilities including the electrical distribution system for the benefit of the members of the acca. All owners of real estate located in the attleboro corporate center are subject to the authority of the acca. Pursuant to the by-laws and the amended and restated declaration of easements (declaration), the members elected a board of directors. It is the responsibility of the acca to oversee the operation, care, upkeep and maintenance of the common areas and the infrastructure as defined by the declaration.
