We provide employment readiness support, on-the-job training, retention services, and community involvement resources - all of which are customized to the needs and interests of the people we serve. Across each of our sites in King, Snohomish, and Spokane Counties, we support over 450 individuals each year in securing employment and fulfilling personal goals. Alongside our assistance services, AtWork! also provides jobs through our small business operations, including landscaping, food service, and packing and assembly.

With yearlong support during their final year of high school, students identify interests and skills, build a portfolio or resume, practice job interviews, and lead several job trials.
