The Organization delivers a broad range of humanitarian aid relief program services to various indigent native American tribal communities in the Midwest and Southwest regions of the United States of America.

In October of 2024 the Organization in cooperation with Feeding Americas Indian Children Fund provided for a shipment 74,220lbs. of nutricious foods and produce valued at 179,425 to Allianza de Fe Alliance of Faith, Av.Fuente de Mussas No.2338, Mexicali, B.C. Allianza de Fe provides for needy children and families in Mexicali and other needy locations to help improve their quality of live. At the outreaches humanitarian Aid is distributed weekly to many children and their families. At the feeding center in Mexicali approximately 150 families and 500 individuals come daily for humanitarian Aid. Hundreds of people are helped by these shipments. .

In July of 2024 the Organization provided a truck load valued at 45,058 of food, water, hygiene, personal goods and childrens toys to the Navajo Reservations in Monument Valley, Utah for distribution to the Native American Communities of Mexican Hat, Monument Valley, Douglas Mesa, Olijato and Kayenta. In December of 2024, AuInca served 300 individuals in Emory Texas with food, toys, medicine, and needed household goods.
