Mission
The auburn alumni association is dedicated to enhancing the engagement and connnection of all auburn university alumni and friends. Significant activities include diversified programs and services such as reunions, volunteer networks such as the auburn alumni clubs and affilitate programs, award recognitions, scholarships, and the auburn magazine.
Programs

The auburn club and affiliates program provides support to 124 individual auburn clubs and affiliates around the globe representing over 13,000 active members. The auburn clubs and affiliates supported over 450 events. Representatives of auburn advancement attend and accompany speakers from academic and athletic programs at more than 28 annual meetings. The association hosted an annual volunteer leader weekend in which incoming officers and leaders gain knowledge of the activities of the association and university, obtain training and skills in management of the local club and share best practices with each other about activities at the local club level instituted for the university's benefit. Local clubs and affiliates contribute to over 185 scholarships annually.
The auburn alumni association's awards and scholarship programs provides initiatives to foster giving from auburn alumni and friends to auburn university and the auburn university foundation (the foundation). Through various events and programs, the awards and scholarships program contributed $129,460 to auburn university and $5,455 to the foundation for scholarships.
