The corporation is organized and operate exclusively to advance business and community related education; to facilitate charitable functions in the community; to lessen the burdens of government; to prevent community deterioration; to lessen community tensions; and to promote the advancement of education, science, and cultural diversity; as such terms are defined and construed in title 26 of the code of federal regulations section 1.501 (c)(3)-1(d); all within or for the benefit of auburn, california and the surrounding area.
