Mission
To be positive role models, mentors and father figures to at risk youth ages 7-18 to educate, motivate and equip them with tools to overcome adversity, space for healthy development and readiness for achievement of school and life success. To reduce conflict among different demographics to promote law abiding citizens and a thriving community, city and state. To provide supportive services to individuals and families to improve their quality of life and access to opportunity.

Re-imagine youth development (ryd) afterschool program has several core focus areas: safe space for positive youth development, tutoring and homework help, social engagement, stem, academic enrichment, and parental engagement for advocacy, building healthy bonds and furthering learning opportunities for youth ages 10-17.
Street outreach and mentoring intervention (somi) requires a coordinated effort between street outreach, case manager and victim services working cohesively with individuals and families impacted by gun violence to reduce harm, connections with gang affiliation, substance abuse, verbal threatws, physical abuse, bullying or trolling on social media platforms. Victims and offenders are offered restorative justice practices, peace circles and mediation to prevent the risk of future acts of violence, criminal behavior and recidivism for youth ages 11-24.
