To foster positive relationships within and between neighborhoods in the Aurora St. Anthony, Frogtown, and Summit University (Rondo) areas of Saint Paul, MN. Our vision is to improve social and economic conditions for community members in order to foster greater stability, resilience, community vibrancy, and long-term success, particularly for Black families.

ASANDC's financial education program assists individuals and families by increasing and enhancing their financial capability and independence. ASANDC provides support to business owners in the Rondo area, workshops for entrepreneurs, and assistance for small business owners. *The organization went through some leadership changes and suspended programs during the 2024 year while they built capacity.*
0ASANDC's Community Development was designed to provide community members in the Rondo neighborhood resources with a network of mutual support to create positive changes within their community. Frogtown Rondo Action Network is a collaboration with local public agencies and residents with a mission to create a community agenda aimed at community stability, enhancement, and prosperity. *The organization went through some leadership changes and suspended programs during the 2024 year while they built capacity.*
